Your weekly lesson
A booking is for one learner and one 50-minute private art lesson each week with Kopal. The weekly price is €20. The same teaching time is reserved each week in Europe/Tallinn. The booking page displays dates in your selected time zone; your local time may change around daylight-saving transitions.
Payment and cancellation
The first payment is taken at checkout. Stripe then charges €20 every week until renewal is canceled. Each successfully paid weekly invoice covers one lesson in your lesson sequence. A pending or failed payment is not a confirmed paid lesson. If a weekly payment succeeds after its lesson time has passed, it covers the next unassigned future lesson in your weekly time.
Cancel renewal in My bookings before the next charge. You keep your already-paid lesson; the weekly time becomes available to another family after that lesson and the teacher’s break. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment. If you need help with a refund, a missed lesson, teacher absence or a payment problem, contact the school through its existing organization contact channel. Statutory rights are unaffected. Detailed school contact, refund and absence arrangements must be confirmed before paid launch.
Classroom access
Lessons use Google Meet. The classroom link is shown only in the signed-in booking area to parents with paid lessons remaining. A parent or guardian manages the booking and should assist the learner in joining. The teacher must control admission to the classroom.
Account and booking information
Parent and administrator accounts use Sign in with ChatGPT, provided by the hosting platform. Approved teachers can use Microsoft 365 work-account sign-in once the school connection is configured. The teacher portal stores an administrator-linked Microsoft tenant and user identifier and an eight-hour, secure sign-in cookie; it does not store Microsoft passwords or request mailbox access. We receive your account identifier, email address and any name the sign-in service supplies. The booking system stores your adult account details, chosen time zone, lesson times, subscription status and payment references. It does not ask for a child’s full name, date of birth, photos or recordings.
Stripe handles card details and billing. Card numbers are not stored by this website. Approved teachers can see bookings assigned to them; school administrators can manage availability and bookings. The learning space also stores preferred class times, family requests, teacher lesson notes, assigned practice links and parent-reported practice completion. Unpublished teacher notes are visible only to authorized staff. Published updates and responses are shown to the owning family. These features currently provide in-app notices; email and SMS reminders are not connected. Public practice answers remain in your browser. No advertising trackers have been added to the booking code.
Google Meet and the hosting, identity and payment services also process information under their own terms. Before paid launch the school must finalize its privacy contact, retention periods and parent rights process. Do not send child-sensitive information through this setup version.
